Rates are based on actual minimum order totals shipped from Taberg, NY, including typical LTL fuel surcharges of 17–25%. Multi-pallet orders of 3+ pallets typically reduce freight ~20%. Custom log orders will include a shipping quote.
Special Handling Requirements
Our logs are natural, structural pieces that require specialized care during transit. Every shipment includes the following services.
Non-Stackable Shipping
Our logs are marked "Do Not Stack." We pay for the full vertical space in the trailer so nothing is placed on top of your order.
Liftgate Service
If your facility does not have a forklift or loading dock, we can arrange liftgate service to safely lower your logs to the ground. A $150 liftgate fee applies per shipment.
Limited Access Delivery
We specialize in deliveries to zoos, parks, and schools. These locations often need smaller trucks or specific delivery windows — we coordinate it all. A $100 limited access fee applies.
Residential Delivery
Delivering to a home or non-commercial address? A $100 residential freight fee applies to cover the additional handling and routing required for residential stops.

Because we ship natural wood products of varying sizes and densities, your shipping cost is determined by the Freight Class of your order — a standard industry rating based on how much a product weighs relative to the space it takes up.

Pro Tip: Mix & Save
Combining a heavy Solid Log (Class 70) with a Hollow Log (Class 92.5) on the same pallet often lowers your overall shipping rate by increasing the total density of the shipment.
All Orders
Rates include delivery notification. Liftgate service is available for $150 per shipment if your facility does not have a forklift or loading dock.
Lead Time
Most orders depart within 3–6 weeks. Expedited orders (~2 weeks) available on request. We are always striving to improve delivery times and will update you if we can speed up your shipment.
Bulk Orders
Orders over half a truckload may qualify for a bulk pallet discount — contact us directly for a custom freight quote.
Repeat Customer Discount
Returning customers receive 10% off their entire order. Larger orders may qualify for up to 25% off — contact us to learn more.
Cancellations & Returns
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. All logs are made to order — late cancellations are subject to a production fee. View our full returns policy.
