How do I know what size log to buy?For most children, we recommend the 36" diameter log. For a full-size adult or inclusive play, we recommend the 48" diameter for extra wiggle room.

- 36" Log: Interior of 22" to 25"
- 48" Log: Interior of 26" to 30"
Are logs exactly the dimensions listed?If trees were perfectly round, maybe! But nature is never perfect. Here is the exterior diameter you can expect:
- 28" Log: Outside diameter of 26" to 30"
- 36" Log: Outside diameter of 32" to 38"
- 48" Log: Outside diameter of 44" to 50"

Due to their authentic weight and scale, all IC WOOD logs are delivered via professional freight shipping. We handle the logistics so you can focus on the installation.
What to Expect on Delivery Day:When the freight carrier arrives, you have two options for unloading:
- If you have a Loading Dock or Forklift: Please let us know at the time of order. This allows for the fastest transfer directly from the truck.
- If you do NOT have a Dock or Forklift: No problem! We will arrange for a Lift-gate Service. The driver will safely lower the pallet to ground level for you.
Installation Tip:Once your log is off the truck and on the ground, we recommend having a team of 3–4 people (or appropriate machinery for our larger Colosil models) ready to move the log into its final position.
