Official Rules:
The "Life in the Log" Photo Contest.
1. Eligibility
The "Life in the Log" Photo Contest (the "Contest") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of IC WOOD LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible to win the Grand Prize.
2. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
- Submit a high-quality photo of an IC WOOD LLC Hollow Log in use (e.g., in a backyard, zoo habitat, or pet enclosure).
- Include a brief "story" or description of how the log is being used or what it means to your family/business.
- Submissions must be sent via email reply to the official contest announcement or uploaded via the Contest Submission Page.
3. Contest Period
The Contest begins on [Start Date] and ends at [Time] EST on [End Date] (the "Sun Set"). Entries received after the deadline will not be eligible for the Grand Prize.4. Prizes & Minimum Purchase Requirements
- Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive a single-use discount code for $1,000 OFF a future order with a minimum product value of $2,500 (pre-shipping).
- Participation Prize: Every eligible entrant who submits a valid photo and story will receive a single-use discount code for 25% OFF their next order.
- Non-Stacking Policy: Discount codes cannot be combined. Only one (1) code may be applied per order. The Grand Prize winner may choose to use either their $1,000 code or their 25% code, but not both.
5. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected by IC WOOD LLC based on creativity, heart, and the "natural character" of the photo. Decisions of the judges are final. The winner will be notified via the email address used for entry within 5 days of the contest's end.
6. Rights & Usage Disclaimer
By submitting an entry, you grant IC WOOD LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your photo and story on hollowlog.com, social media, and other marketing materials. You represent that you own the rights to the photo and have permission from any individuals appearing in the image.
7. General Conditions
IC WOOD LLC reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed inappropriate or fraudulent. This contest is void where prohibited by law.
